We can come to you at home/work or you can drop off in Hartford or meet somewhere.

Little to no lead time is required. Call during regular biz hours & Saturdays, please.

We do not serve clients at our office. Please do not show up at address online!

If you think your computer is older than 5 yrs or has Windows 10 or prior on it, you can get assistance to shop for a new one and set up from us.

We recommend having your computer checked over if it's never been done and yearly.

Please have a list of your passwords or a way to recover them. This will save time and money in the long run. It's always a good idea.

Do NOT give out any info over phone, text, facebook, social media, email or anything else. Do not be polite!! Hang up or delete email/text, etc. These calls & emails are almost always scams! Even if they say they know you or profile is a "friend." Clients have gotten their accounts stolen as well as lost money. 

Do NOT click unknown/unexpected links in email or text under any circumstance.

We can set up regular visits until you get more comfortable with technology and / or computers.

Make a list of your questions while you're thinking of them. Keep a notebook handy or by computer or on your phone in a notes app or send yourself a text/email.

We can help with your phone, tablet, TV, PC, smart speaker, etc. Inform tech before enough time is alloted for your visit.

Budgeting, travel and general planning

Small business promo, social media help and other assistance is offered.

We help with your never-ending to do list, even if not computer related.

Serving: WI/IL/IA/Upper Peninsula of MI.  We will make a special trip. even to other states or can remote in whether you're next door or across the country.

We do not fix cracked screens or change out batteries. ubreakfix or batty's plus is good for that.
