We no longer upgrade Windows 10 computers. Must replace. 

SPECS for a new computer: 16GB RAM, at least 500GB HDD. Any of the major brands are acceptable. See reviews. No off brands!

We recommend having your computer checked over if it's never been done and yearly.

Please have all your logins available prior to tech visit.

FYI: Do NOT give out any info over phone, text, facebook, social media, email, etc. Do not be polite!! If it's a medical or computer place - call them BACK or don't answer! --Hang up or delete email/text, etc. Assume it's a scam! Even if they say they know you or profile is a "friend." Many folks had accounts stolen as well as lost money, even from "the bank," "norton," "mcafee" or "Microsoft/Facebook". (A lot of well known companies). NONE OF THESE COMPANIES WILL CALL YOU!  

Do NOT click unknown/unexpected links in email or text under any circumstance.

Make a list of your PC or life coach questions - keep a notebook handy or use your phone.

We do not fix cracked screens or change out batteries. ubreakfix or batty's plus is good for that.

 Help is in-person or video only, No email, phone or text advice for any of the services we provide.
